Photos: Sausage & Broccoli Pappardelle

How often do you decide not to cook dinner at home because it takes too long? You get off work around 6 or 7, prepare all your ingredients (if you thought ahead and have everything you need), cook, and the next thing you know its 9pm. This recipe aims to avoid all that. 4 main ingredients + 15-20 minutes of cooking time = enough time for you to actually enjoy your evening.

Homemade hot Italian sausage from the butcher at Whole Foods = my new obsession. No additional seasoning needed. Except garlic. Always garlic.

Broccoli stems first, then the heads a few minutes later.
