Because New Years resolutions are overrated, we’re kicking off 2013 strong in the food porn department with this special from Boston Burger Company: The Big Party. A meat patty wrapped in bacon, deep fried in beer batter, topped with cheddar & chipotle ketchup. They probably could have gotten away with calling it the Artery Clogger, but funny enough that name’s already claimed by another burger. There’s nothing average about this one; she may be bad for you, but sometimes trouble is attractive and you just have to go for it. If burgers could kill, this would definitely be one of them.

Great photo and a good looking burger, but was it any good? I’ve never had a fried burger- I imagine the beef would make it soggy.
I LOVE Boston Burger Company! I live about 10 minutes away but surprisingly I haven’t gained 100 pounds.

I love Boston Burger Company! I was just there on Wednesday. I strongly recommend the Elvis-styled burger with peanut butter, fried banana, and bacon. I couldn’t imagine that peanut butter and banana would go well with beef, but I was feeling adventurous so I ordered it anyway … long story short, I’m thinking that Elvis was a culinary genius.
