The taco takeover continues with the the newest meels-on-wheels to hit the hungry streets of Boston — The Taco Truck. Orginating in Hoboken, NJ, the green-friendly company just opened up it’s first mobile establishment here, making it the third location under the brands umbrella. (They also operate a kiosk and brick & mortar back in New York.)
Aside from putting a serious emphasis on authentic Mexican street cuisine (and earning the praise to support the claim) they also source local ingredients and use all-natural hormone-free meat. Their commitment to sustainablity also expands into the packaging, which is all compostable.
