Go Fish is another great mobile eateriy to come out of Boston’s Food Truck epidemic, and this is their beloved fish sandwich. Deemed the “ultimate” fried haddock sandwich, it is served with a roasted red pepper tartare and an onion/carrot slaw held together by a buttered, grilled bulkie roll. Still bubbling and hot from the fryer, the fish is crisp and the bread soft. It’s totally pressable; providing the perfect fit for your mouth. You can thank Brother Trucker for the fried fish goodness, the catering company spawned Go Fish as a way to bring their eats to the streets and we are so thankful that they did!
