There it is! I told you we had a surprise in store for Friday. This week’s food porn comes courtesy of last weeks New England Dessert Showcase. As advertised on their website, the world’s largest cannoli made an appearance at the event as the main centerpiece in the Sheraton showroom, and boy did it look amaaaazing. The 12 foot long, 30 lb dessert miraculously survived the entire event without falling apart or being completely devoured. Luckily there were mini versions available for everyone to try. The shell itself was made by Golden Cannoli Shells, and was later stuffed with cream and studded with Hershey’s Kisses once it arrived at NEDS. Best edible ballroom centerpiece I’ve seen to date, whatchyouuu got?
