Food Porn Friday | Braised Short Rib Arancini | The Ledge

As soon as I read “Braised Short Rib Arancini” I knew it was too good to be true. And it was! I found this gem at The Ledge, a new-ish restaurant in Milton located about a three minute walk from my house. Although I originally had my doubts about this place, they recently switched Chef’s and to be honest I’m starting to grow quite fond of it, as you can see why…

Not only am I a huge fan of arancini, but stuffed with slow cooked beef? yes please! The crunchy exterior encased the flavorful meat and cheese beautifully. It was the perfect start to my meal, and the initial reason I changed my mind about this place. Also on my favorites list at The Ledge: the pulled pork sandwich, baked mac n’ cheese,  and the ultimate flattop burger with fried egg. NOM.

    Ah The Ledge…. one of my favs – can’t wait for summer when that awesome back patio opens up again! The mac and cheese is the best anywhere!
